- Open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over and free to enter.
- All entries must be submitted via Typeform.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be discounted.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
- Those eligible for the prize will be confirmed on the last Friday of every calendar month.
- Those who complete the survey will receive a gift voucher of the value of £25 to spend on Amazon UK.
- You will be notified by email within 14 days after the last Friday of the calendar month if you are eligible and must provide an email address to claim their prize. If you does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The prize will be sent to the winner via email within 30 days of being notified of their win.
- The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
